Friends of Park County invites you to watch a presentation and informal discussion with Robert Liberty, a consultant for Friends of Park County.  Robert will discuss what rural residential sprawl is, where it has been spreading, and how various communities have succeeded in curbing its spread.  The last 15 minutes of this hour-long event will be devoted to questions and answers.

Friends of Park County’s webinar will examine the draft Conflict Mitigation regulation and consider it in the context of the rapidly rising pressure for rural residential and tourist-oriented commercial development.  The presenters will also examine zoning districts that have been used in Montana to curb sprawl that are worth considering for Park County.
